Ask HN: Do you pass processing fees onto the customer?

If a user is purchasing a product or service from you either via paypal, stripe or some other method, do you pass on the transaction fee (ex 2.9% + 30c) to the user?

Its the cost of doing business for me and my company - but I want to see/hear others opinions on this
