Turbo C to ANSI C code converter

Turbo C is still used in many colleges and schools especially in India. So we made a tool to generate the equivalent ANSI C code from Turbo C compliant code which can help people learn the difference between ANSI and Borland C implementations. It is under development and covers very less number of functions and header files at the moment.
