UK move copying design from a civil offense to a criminal offense

In contrast to the article posted, others are trying to learn from tech startups and bring their lessons into the design world. Ben Van Berkel of UNStudio who have designed the BMW Museum as well as hundreds of other awesome projects are closing down their design office and relaunching it open-source. He is also teaching at GSD(Harvard) on the same topic. Will be interesting to see what comes of these changes, but it reminds me of the music industry in more ways than one...
