The Curse of Taleo?

Anyone else working on this? My hunch is that HR i.e finding, on-boarding and developing people is critical in our now largely service based economies. (More so than say production, supply chain etc)

Hiring internally is popular but it seems the process of hiring externally is still not intuitive. I'm thinking about working on this as a side project and would be happy to discuss in more depth with anyone.
