Ask HN:What will be a good hiring event activity for hackers?

My company is planning to visit some top universities to conduct campus hiring events. What are some ways the relatively new company can attract the hackers among all these students there who most probably have not heard about us yet ? [ Giving a huge pay is an answer but that's not the one I'm looking for :) ]
