For example, we thought it would be cool to make an app that overlays curtains on pictures of your window on your smartphone, or comes up with a list of curtain recommendations based on surrounding color scheme using ML.<p>My question, where does a small business owner in a suburban town go about getting an app built? Are we talking thousands of dollars or tens of thousands?
