I looked around for a Zero-dep, local-first, no-cloud-required way to measure costs and value of outcomes when using AI agents. Since I didnt find one that made sense to me, I wrote a simple one to share and extend. Comments welcome. If there is a better solution, happy to adopt that as well.

Exactly what we are looking for. Any performance plugins on top of this would be GOLD.

Can you share more about what you mean? Performance as in latency, response time etc ?

The attribution feature looks very promising. In case of outcomes with variable dollar values (i.e. shopping), this could also help with cost optimization across different kinds of outcomes. Some models might be better at driving bigger dollar outcomes while others might thrive at collecting pennies.

Thanks.. thats exactly the issue I wanted to solve for.. many of my fellow engineers kept asking which was the appropriate model to use from a cost perspective and we didnt have a good answer since we didnt know the tradeoff between quality and cost.
