Ask HN: Story about a CEO going off on a user who left feedback?

There recently was a story on here about a CEO or some sort of exec that asked on Twitter for feedback, then when they received some strong negative feedback about the product the exec lashed out and called the user an idiot etc. I’m trying to find this post again, does anyone recall it? Was a few weeks ago or so.
