Ask HN: LangChain for Rails, Port with AI?

I need to use an agentic framework in my rails app and debating different solutions. How hard would it be to point AI at the Langchain repo and say “convert to a rails gem”. I took a stab at it and haven’t tested it yet but the code looks pretty damn good. I feel like this is a great use of AI where it’s not really thinking just converting from one language to another. Thoughts?
