Ask HN: Best resources to catch up on changes in Gen AI over last 6-12 months?

I've realized that I'm starting to fall behind the very rapidly changing landscape. Does anyone have any resources they recommend?

Particularly interested in things that are video + exercises. And one thing in particular I keep meaning to dig into is how to best leverage an MCP server.
