Ask HN: Is there any LLM provider that is GDPR compliant?

I am looking for an LLM provider that is able to process:

- Erasure requests

- Subject access requests

- Data rectification requests

Just to be clear, what I am looking for is one provider that can comply with these legal obligations and actually process these requests in their full extent.

From my current understanding none of the big providers (Google, Anthropic, OpenAI, etc) are actually compliant.
