KeePassXC two factor authentification suddenly fails everywhere

I can load and open the KeePass database, I can correctly insert the nickname and the password on websites, but when I come to the next step, and insert the TOTP which I copy from KeePass, then it fails.

I have read that this may be due to time zone issues, but my computer shows the correct time.

I should mention that today windows started in UEFI mode, but this was fixed after I inserted the Windows USB stick (did not have to do anything else). It now starts normal

So, is the KeePass Database corrupt, maybe? But then, why can I open and browse it in KeePassXC?

It is very probably also not the other server, as the issue is on all sites where I tried to log in.

Does anyone have an idea what this is?

Sorry for asking here, this is one of the few sites where I have not set up 2FA XD

Addition: The health check in KeePass says everything is healthy.
