Ask HN: Alternative Microsoft Teams Client

Hi Folks,

I'm quite frustrated with Microsoft Teams. I don't need many features from it for my work, mostly being able to send and read messages on some channels. Anyone knows of an alternative client that can connect to MS Teams? I'd love to switch to something else and still be able to communicate with my team. That app is sooo bad.
