Ask HN: How to grow beyond 10-100 paying customers without ads?

I’ve reached around 10-100 paying customers for my product(SAAS), but now I’m struggling to scale the number of users and customers without relying on paid ads.

Are there any effective ways to grow users and customers through other strategies?
