Ask HN: What could be the successor to character.ai?

Hi, now when AI is progressing, c.ai and other chatbots apps seems old. What could be the successor to these apps? I say, to introduce another dimension in the app, i.e currently it's text based, adding another dimension of 3D can make it more immersive. What's your say?
