I suppose I'm not the intended audience since I don't have prerequisite knowledge of whatever the governance issue at hand is, but I read this and the linked statements and to me it all falls in the category of 'vagueposting'

Anyone want to break down what is at issue for the spectators?

The Foundation board has unrepresentative composition relative to the community because, due to our count, all current members are cisgender, white-passing, men, one of whom has done military service, and one other (Eelco) likely relies on undisclosed military-tech work.
