Some interesting bits:

* The dev appears to quitely rummage through his customer's computers using "DRM" built into his product.

* Some people were banned for accused association with a mod community or having IDA installed on their computers, which they deny. They're also questionable reasons for banning to begin with.

* The product appears to have a some sort of "pirate detection scheme" based on hashes. I can imagine how that can be unreliable depending on how it's implemented, like if it's inspecting process memory for example. Anyways, the software phones home if there's a mismatch.

* Despite numerous reports that his "pirate detection scheme" isn't working as intended, he sends threats and verbal abuses to customers contacting him about the matter. He claims his software are "flawless."

* Someone even went as far as to offer this untrustworthy dev remote access to their computer over Team Viewer, but he still wouldn't budge.
