Ask HN: Is there a boilerplate / template for Twitter mashups?

Eg - thousands of apps take tweets with certain content, time and location via the API, and plot it on Google Maps, Charts or the like. Is there a well coded php library or template that one can use and fill in your own API keys etc? I've done it before a couple of times, but don't like my past code - so it's use a template, or start the rewrite...
