Counter-Strike 2 currently (4/5/2024) has 1,278,811 players and it's Friday in the middle of a workday.

The video claims the player count is down to 500,000. What gives?

The next most popular Steam game is DOTA2 with 617,923 players or half of what CS2 has. The facts don't seem to align with the claims made in this video.

Beneath the financials and player stats lies immaterial, cultural capital. Skin gambling is anti-culture.
