Open source projects for connecting LLMs, tts and stt

Hello, does anyone know of any open source project that connects llms , text to speech and speech to text for having a conversation with llm along with the ablity to interrupt the ai.

If so can you please share, or any idea that maybe be helpful for achieving this in a cost effective manner.
