If this is factual it will probably make its way to major international news (BBC, etc) in a few hours, as information starts to leak out of the telcos that rent capacity in these cables.

If this can be believed, cut by the Houthis.

That kind of makes sense. They're trying to DOS that region physically, might as well do it on telecom as well.
