Ask HN: How do I get founders/partners?

I am in a situation where I have a great project, but no one to share it with. I need to get a team because the project is infinitely expanding in all directions (like the universe or the internet). What are some sure-fire ways to get a good founder or two? Heck, even a place to look? Anyone with advice?
