Violent incidents and murders commited by israeli settlers in the West Bank have increased a lot since the Gaza war started. I'm sad, but not surprised at all.

It's incredible to me that anyone can defend the actions of the Israeli government and settlers at this point. They've murdered tens of thousands of civilians in the name of "fighting terrorists". History will look harshly on the states that aided and abetted this genocide.

The full article is paywalled (or login-walled at least) so I'm left to wonder if there's some absurd alternative explanation like those graves not being intended as intimidation but rather to confront the parents of those children with the terror of Hamas or some other claim that ignores the disproportionate mass killings of Palestinian civilians (including thousands of children alone so far) in Gaza.

Given that the "Israeli settlers" in these news stories, regardless of Israel's official stance on the Palestinian Question, are often explicitly advocating for the complete removal of Palestinians and non-Jewish Arabs from all of Israel and Palestine, the story shouldn't be very surprising if you have paid attention to these kinds of incidence. The current military campaign in Gaza is emboldening them and the Israeli government is doing very little to curtail that.
