I don't use HEY, so I enjoyed your feedback note as well. Good info to have.

Hopefully they do improve the core features.

It doesn't matter what change you make to your UI, some fraction of your users will freak out about it.

That doesn't mean all UI changes are bad, it just means all user bases have users who are resistant to change.

Not a user of Hey, just an observer of user behavior.

When Hey first launched the explained why its called imbox

it basically stands for important box
