Growing a waitlist is pretty hard, any tips?

Hey yall,

I recently found out a good conversion page for waitlist pages is around 8-12 percent. Wow, pretty low. I'm trying to grow my waitlist right now for LoomFlows.com and it's actually hard.

Any have any advice or experience on growing waitlist for software products.
