Selling Mobile Games Portfolio

Dear Friends A friend of mine is looking to explore options for selling his cash flow positive game studio specialized in developing mobile games portfolio. Since, most of his team is offshore ( 50 engineers , graphic designers ) and he is exploring options for M&A or raising funds. Can someone guide as what should i suggest him.
