Fairness issues aside, why on earth would you connect your critical infrastructure (such as house controls, car controls) to an open Internet, and give the controlling keys to someone else!?

This “cloud infrastructure controlled by someone else” idea has to stop at some point. You gave you pictures to Apple/Google? You are asking for trouble. How? I don’t know and I can’t predict the future. But I will say that this is a critical infrastructure risk for a person or a company.

They acted inappropriately, but crafted a sentence which talks about whether or not the customer acted inappropriately.

It's like out of some narcissistic phrase book.

The most scary thing is that you can get services cut off in the basis of mere innuendos , without any kind of regular process.

It’s nothing new (sadly) but I can’t understand how people are not upset about this.
