I am sure this will be a wildly unpopular opinion but to each their own. Peter pushes dangerous RX drugs in his talks about longevity most notably Rapamycin. I am not a fan of that way of thinking. Rather I prefer natural compounds that have not been tinkered with. Whilst they have less real time effect, they also come with less side affects and risks and have gradual positive impact over ones lifetime. This is a topic I should do a write-up on at some point.
