Ask HN: Creative UX for data input and analysis

I'm looking for inspiring and creative software for data input and analysis to use in our ux research (as reference that is, not as tools for conducting the research). To me, Jupyter and Observable are great examples. Excels soon-to-be Python integration seems promising too. It seems Fathom (fahtom.info) has built some impressive tools.
