Actually this strobing glaring light tells you all you need to know about that guy. This is exactly the way they treat the environment at SpaceX in Boca Chica. Utter contempt for everybody else.

Whoever’s in charge of planning in SF joins that one judge in the Delaware chancery court in the Frequent Dealer with Space Karen Nonsense club.

This sort of persistent naughtiness can be quite difficult for planners to effectively deal with, though occasionally they get their own back in spectacular fashion; dodgy developers who demolished protected buildings are occasionally forced to rebuild them in full, which has to be quite satisfying. Perhaps they could make him put the twitter sign back.
