Ask HN: What bug tracking tool are you using?

I'm looking for a good, easy-to-use, flexible bug-tracking tool for an early-stage startup. There are internal (full-time) employees, plus contractors, plus customers & partners who may also need access. We'd like something that scales with us and can provide reasonable reporting on bug categories, priority / severity, age, platform, etc.
