Ask HN: Has anyone else observed a drop in quality in GPT-4?

I've noticed the results seemed to have suffered a significant drop in quality some time in the last two days or so.

Anecdotally I'm also seeing a lot of twitter posts about the same thing, for example:

Not sure if it's related to the iOS launch, congressional hearings, or I'm just imagining it. Would be good to know if others in the community see the same thing.
