I’m a self-taught developer with 5-years of experience in Python. I am interested in web and enjoy working with Flask, MongoDB, and Azure.

Any recommendations for a 33-year-old without demonstrable experience?

I have an account but haven't used it. MS for Startups denied my application for this very reason lol.

Since you know Flask, write a toy web app and host it on Azure as a demonstration of your skills!

How complex of a project? I'm currently refactoring an analytics application with the same dependencies. Would you recommend making something of similar complexity?

Hmm, I dunno. On one hand, a complex project demonstrates complex thinking. On the other, if you send someone a link to it, and they don't get what it's doing, they might be dismissive.
