Getting browser based iOS app approved

We are working on iOS app and planning to use browser within the app to render most of the UI and make native calls whenever needed. This would allow us to reuse the code for many other devices/scenarios.

Wondering if anyone have experienced issues submitting and getting browser based apps approved by apple?
