Ask HN: Google Docs vs Dropbox vs Evernote for notes

What do people use to take/store/search notes?

I've been using Gdocs for storing good websites, gift lists, book lists, notes on topics etc but I have been getting annoyed at how long it takes open a document on a mobile device.
