This basically just reads as a hit piece on Neeva. One of the bullet points is that they might be compelled to hand over data they have to local authorities, which literally any service based in a country has to do. They admit this in the article but try to make it sound as spooky as possible, among other things.

Nah. Any company can be compelled, that's true. But Neeva will sell you out if they think it "appropriate".

That's a huge difference.
