Ask HN: Payment Processor Alternatives?

I am looking for payment processor alternatives to Braintree and Stripe that allows me to store CC details via token and charge CCs without the need for customers to approve it(ie. monthly recurring payments and "one click purchase" type of thing). Obviously this requires backend implementation. I am not looking for a UI/Gateway type of thing.

My company is based in EU so I need a company that supports EU companies, allows international/worldwide payments. I would gladly work with EU or Asian payment processors. Not much interested in US-based companies(Stripe) or owners(Paypal/Braintree).
