Ask HN: What are you looking for in a customer feedback tool?

Hello, I've been looking at things like UserVoice and GetSatisfaction now for some time and am wondering if others have found room for improvement. I'm just about "finished" writing code for my current project, and am thinking about getting into the customer feedback/helpdesk space with my next. Thoughts? Ideas? Opinions?
