Ask HN: Any tips on finding a remote Job in IT for someone with autism?

I have asperger syndrome which in short means normal intelligence but problems with social interactions. I compensate certain aspects pretty well so that most people wouldn't even notice or guess it.

How would I go about reaching out to a company and tell them that I have autism and is there maybe a website or a company that actually prefers autistic people?
