Ask HN: Has anyone tried to do stock predictions using only HN data?

It seems that HN users are some of the smartest people on the internet(besides maybe researchgate, but it's not really casual discussion...)

It also seems that a lot of people here tends to detect patterns before everyone, a lot of users also have insider knowledge about big tech

So it might seem like a decent place to analyze for stock prediction right? I remember reading about a trader here who said that he was reading HN before the markets open to have an edge when investing on tech stocks

Do you know anyone who tried to do it using software?
