Ask HN: Alternative to Google My Maps for Mobile

As you may have heard, Google My Maps [0] has recently shut down their Android mobile app. A subset of the functionality has been integrated into the Google Maps app, but it isn't possible anymore to edit points and lines on mobile.

I used Google My Maps as a way to create and share geological points (POI, markers, pins) on my travel blog: - When traveling, I could create points, even while offline, in My Maps - An embed My Maps iframe would be dispayed on my website, and friends and family could follow me around

Is there any alternative for Android (offline, syncable, iframe-able) that can do this, or any other solution to achieve the above?
