Ask HN: Which companies properly reimburse for work-from-home?

I am looking for examples of companies that properly pay for the needs of their remote employees--not only equipment, but also internet and cell phone services. From a casual poll of peers, it seems to no longer be a thing--employees are expected to take on these expenses of a home office themselves.
