Ask HN: I got hacked on USCIS account because of Google ads, can I report it?

I was looking for n800 on google(citizenship application form) and an search ad with a similar site name came up(us-forms.com). I went there and tried to login which did not work but they potentially got the password. I went back to USCIS and could not login with the saved login. Can we report to google? This ad could be to get uscis passwords and detailed personal information.
