Ask HN: Tracking Popularity of URLs in 2021

I'm getting back into analyzing share counts of urls across social media and while it used to be easy for FB, Twitter, Linkedin, etc. they all have since shut down the possibility to get share counts via their APIs.

Has anyone come across tools/services that would allow this in 2021?
