Ask HN: Anyone else seeing odd Google weather search results?

Just ran a weather search on Google and the results are unusual [0].

Specifically,

1. I can't get the "instant answer" with the weather graph to come up,

2. the first result is for MSN, and

3. weather.com isn't even in the top results.

I tried in multiple browsers and all the same results.
