I’ve been running the beta for a while and haven’t seen any either. Assumed it wasn’t enabled for the beta or my region (uk). Now I’m in the stable 14.5 and still haven’t seen any.

ps. I’ve enabled and even toggled off/on the privacy setting to “allow apps to request to track”.

Apps must update to have the consent prompting. If they don't within the allotted time - they'll be delisted.

Having the global flag in settings > privacy > tracking set to off will auto-decline any system prompts, and you won't see them.
