Ask HN: Has Rivian moved their HQ to California?

I was browsing the Rivian's career page here: https://rivian.com/careers and it states that they are a "California based company". And their jobs page lists ~800 jobs in CA compared to 89 in Michigan. Does anyone know why they moved out of Michigan ?
