Ask HN: How to get a link to specific tweet in a thread

Is it currently possible to link to a specific tweet within a thread of tweets in the twitter web app? You can get a link to the entire thread, but 90% of the time it does not scroll to the tweet in question (i believe this happens mostly on long threads). Is it possible to link to the page of a specific tweet, alone?
