Ask HN: Best way to exchange PayPal USDS to (bank acccount) EURs?

Hi guys,

So, I am running a small online business in Germany and am getting paid in USD. PayPal's exchange rate is abysmal, hence I have quite a few dollars sitting in my PayPal account - which I cannot really use (apart from spending in USD).

Is there any way to get those dollars out to my EUR bank account, without going through Paypals currency conversion?

Note: TransferWise etc doesn't work, because PayPal Germany does not allow you to add a US bank account to your PayPal account.

Does anyone know of maybe a forex service that works with PayPal topups?

Given that USD is basically the web's currency, I figure quite a few European founders might have the same problem.
