ASK HN: Are you receiving unsolicited seeds "from China”?

I would want to know if this piece of news is real or just an hoax:

The seeds shown seem to be clearly from Citrus (in my opinion). So this would be either an hoax to spread fear, or could be malicious and contain Citrus viruses. Have somebody received this or other seeds? Can you show the seeds?
